Purchasers must be 18 years or older and located within Ontario at the time of purchase.

$10 for 5 numbers
$20 for 30 numbers
$50 for 150 numbers
$75 for 300 numbers
$100 for 600 numbers (available from Mar 1, 2026)

Early Bird Draw Details:
Each Early Bird Draw awards one (1) cash prize of $500.
The cutoff time for Early Bird ticket purchases is 11:59:59 PM ET the day before each Early Bird draw.
Early Bird winning ticket numbers are NOT eligible to participate in the Main
Draw. The Early Bird Draw winning number is NOT put back in the Grand Prize Draw.
Main Draw Prize:
One cash prize will be awarded per draw. The prize will be at least 50% of the gross ticket sales.
There is no maximum cap on the prize amount.
Ticket Distribution:
All purchased tickets will be electronically delivered via email by RaffleNexus.
Physical tickets are not provided.
Winner Selection:
Winners are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system supplied by a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS).
Winner Verification & Notification:
Winners will be verified by matching the winning ticket number and purchaser's contact details and government-issued ID.
Winners will be contacted by phone and email and must claim their prize within six (6) months.
Claiming Prizes:
Winners must contact OFCP at (416) 244-9686 or lottery@ofcp.ca and provide proof of identification and winning ticket number.
Prizes will be paid by cheque upon successful verification
Unclaimed Prizes:
Prizes unclaimed after six (6) months from the draw date will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
Publishing Winners:
Winning ticket numbers and names will be published on www.cerebralpalsy5050.ca within 24 hours after each draw
Ineligible Participants:
OFCP staff directly involved with the lottery, board members, and immediate family members residing in the same household are not eligible.
Consent to Publish:
By purchasing tickets, players consent to the publication of their name and winning ticket number.
